Winter Biannual Bibliothon 2017 TBR

I’m going to participate in the Winter Biannual Bibliothon 2017. This readathon runs from January 8 to January 14. You can find more information on the Biannual Bibliothin’s youtube channel: HERE, or their Twitter page HERE.

This will be my first readathon in 2017, and I’m so excited. This will be the first of many this year. I have 5 books on my list, and they all are highly anticipated reads for me. I hope I love them all, this is going to be a really fun readathon.

Challenges

1.Read the group book: Stalking Jack the Ripper by Kerri Maniscalo

I asked for this book for Christmas, so that I would be ready for the readathon and this challenge. This book sounds really interesting and has been on my TBR for a little while.

2.Throwback: Pick any past Bibliothon reading challenge – http://bit.ly/2fgggxU

I choose to go for the Winter Themed Book Or Book Featuring Winter challenge, and the book I choose for this is The Snow Child by Eowyn Ivey.

3.Read a 2016 new release

I have to go with Heartless by Marissa Meyer.

4.Read a book a BookTuber recommends to you

All of Victoria Schwab’s books are loved on booktube, so I’m going to read This Savage Song by her.

5.Read a book you were really excited for but never picked up

I was really excited for This Savage Song by Victoria Scwab. I pre ordered it I think, but I never picked it up to read.

6.Read a retelling

Heartless by Marissa Meyer is a retelling of of The Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland.

7.Read a diverse book

We Should All Be Feminists by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie. I have heard a lot of great things about this author, and this essay. It is about feminism as the title says, and the author is African.
